With parts all over the floor it looks like a boat exploded in my garage.
Deck panels stitched together.
Trying to get the fitting and geometry right on the rudder headstock. This photo shows what would not work. I already fixed the problem and the parts are ready to be glued up.
Some of the small parts take up the most time. I spent a little time last night working on the cross arms structural members. They need to be very precise so the amas will fold in properly. The forward member will also serve as the mast base for the un-stayed rotating mast.
Rowcat has been after me to post a photo of the structural pieces to show what great work Alan did in the design and cutting. They go together like puzzle pieces.
