The main hull deck is stitched together and on the boat.  It has to be tack glued together on the hull to get the shape.  Then it's removed and flipped over so I can place the fillets on the underside.  Next step will be fiber-glassing the underside.  Once the underside is glassed I'll put it back on the boat and cut it into sections to fit around the cross-arm structures.

Temporary rudder installation to make sure it all fit and to get the holes lined up.  Now for some sanding and finishing.

Okay, I found the part that makes the bearing plates work, but the reinforcement pieces on the cross arm structure are now in the way.  I think a little creative trimming will make it all come together.  It's all part of the challenge of building a one of a kind boat.

We may have a problem.  This mast bearing plate should not fit through the hole?
