Another milestone last weekend. I dry fitted the center board box and center board. It's pretty neat to see it in place and pivoting. I know, small things amuse me. I did identify one issue, where the box meets the cross arm structure needs to be sealed, it doesn't seal with the structure in place. I've already glued up a few pieces to close off the box. You can see the problem in one of the photos. Hopefully this weekend I'll get the box glued/glassed in place.

It's been a long time since the last update. I've been working out of town four days a week so my build time is very limited. At one point I put the boat up for sale but then decided that I needed to keep it even if it takes two more years to finish it.
I've been working on small parts and little tasks when I can. This past weekend was significant because I was able to hang the amas on the cross arms. I was very glad to see that all the parts worked out and all matched up and the amas actually swing in nicely. Now that I know they all fit and all the holes are drilled in the right spots I can start putting the main hull together.
